How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders $99 or more.
Are your products safe for all vehicles?
Yes. Our products are safe for all cars, trucks, SUVs, and motorcycles when used as directed.
Are your products safe for PPF and/or vinyl?
Yes. Our products are safe for paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps and painted surfaces when used as directed. They help clean and protect without damaging the finish.
Can your products be used on ceramic coated vehicles?
Yes. Most of our products are safe and made for ceramic coated vehicles to help maintain the coating's performance.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes! All of our products are proudly made and manufactured in the USA.
Can beginners use your products?
Absolutely. Our products are easy to use and designed for both beginners and professional detailers.
Which products do you recommend for first time customers?
Our premium bundles offer a variety of kits. The Essentials and Quick Exterior kits are great for beginners.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. NOTE: Any 1-gallon orders are not eligible for a return, please contact us to address any issues.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward a resolution.
