Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to customers within the United States. At this time, international shipping may not be available.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward a resolution.
